Also, just confirmed from a recruiter that GS does do accelerated process for non-targets. As long as you're a good candidate.
How exactly does the process work?
Sorry, a little late, but basically it's a faster process aimed at people who want to go abroad their second semester. You interview during october/november. GS super day for accelerated process is October 15th, so I am assuming their conducting first rounds now. Hope this helps.
