2019 internship for freshman intending to graduate eary

I'm a freshman at a semi-target (MIT) but did not think about investment banking until recently. My major is in Computer Science (intending to split it into CS plus Mathematical Economics), intend to complete the program in three years, then do a fourth year masters. I do not have any finance-related extracurriculars (or any strong extracurriculars for that matter), although have quite strong academics (relative to MIT) and some research experience in very quantitative fields. This summer I will be doing research in Economics (mathematical modeling and data analysis).

The only people I know personally in finance are two quantitative analysts in hedge funds, and haven't networked at all. Any tips for SA 2019 or 2020? I tried searching my school's career page but there are no open OCR positions for Summer 2019 (I only see 2018 internships) -- not sure if the prominent banks do recruiting at MIT. I saw a thread on this forum that said that some SA 2019 applications are due late May/early June, but can't find any through OCR. How does this process work?
