Think we're all fxxked right? It seems SA has started recruitment which means FT recruiting as ended?
Following. a little update on my end on several firms which i believe i might still have a chance
1. HSBC: finished JSA, waiting for results (i had a friend applying for HK grad prog rejected from JSA)
2. BAML: finished first round phone interviews with 2 assocs
all other banks/boutiques i applied have just finished the online assessments/generic hirevues so i didnt include them here.

Idk, feels like the end of the world for us but i reckon the recruitment process if trying to close its summer roles asap before working on FT recruitment. I may be wrong, would help if someone who has experience in FT recruiting cycles.
just curious, does ft recruiting start after summer?or before? was thinking quite obviously that full time would go first
