2022 SA/FT application choice

Hi everyone,

As applications for London IB start opening, have some choices to make. To provide some context, here is my profile:

1) Currently doing a MSc at a European target

2) Finishing up an M&A internship at a middle-market bank (continental Europe)

3) 1yr+ FT experience in an FP&A type role at a corporate

4) BSc from a decent European school (some say a semi-target for London)

My options:

a) Delay my graduation by a semester and apply for SA (my only concern is that I am perhaps slightly too old/have too much work experience for that, and hence can get dinged)

b) Apply for FT (obviously fewer spots available, but maybe banks are hiring more this year given the deal-flow?)

c) Both. Has someone tried it? If so, what is the approach (e.g. 2 CVs/applications with different graduation dates?)

Any insights are appreciated!
