Wanted to make an updated list of investment banks that sponsor H1B visas. Feel free to add any data points that you might have.
EB/BB: JPM, Citi, RBC, Barclays, DB, MS, BofA, Guggenheim, Jefferies, CVP
MM: Marathon, Cantor Fitzgerald, GP Bullhound, Piper, Liontree, Baird, Oppenheimer, BMO, Scotia, HL
Regional banks: PT Financial, Balmoral, Mesirow, DA Davison, Blackarch, Whitehall, EY
Guggenheim no longer sponsors. HL generally doesn't, but I know of one person who was able to get sponsorship.
GS, EVR, and BX sponsor generously. Barclays doesn't sponsor for IB--only S&T. Would say MS is much less sponsor-friendly these days...
