2nd Round Interview, what to expect
Currently interviewing for a sort of niche corporate/commercial banking role (junior level). First interview was with two senior level guys (think MD) and went very well... super light on technicals. They mostly asked about my experiences at a current position in a related but somewhat different role, background, interests, general understanding of market conditions.
They want me to come back and meet with a couple other team members, I presume somewhat lower down in the hierarchy for a shorter interview. What should I reasonably expect? Fit-based or an intense technical grilling? Thanks for advance (by the way, I'm not a student/recent grad)
