3.45
It's not the most ethical, but you should round that to a 3.5. In IBD recruiting you need every advantage/covering up of mistakes you can possibly get, especially given that 3.5 is the unofficial cutoff for most banks to pass the eye test. You wouldn't get an offer rescinded if you did this, and for anyone who argues that you should be ethical in recruiting, no interviewer is going to give you upside for not taking advantage of "controversial" opportunities.
I would rather go into controversial waters than think "what if" if I didn't get interviews because I didn't round up. This is about marketing yourself in the best light. Just round up. Major disclaimer: obviously you will need to network your ass off with that GPA. Even rounded at a 3.5, you are barely passing the cut-off. Unless you go to a top target or an URM, you will not get interviews without networking.

If you’re a sophomore, a 3.45 vs 3.5 won’t matter unless you’re going for something like a BB diversity program. Most boutique places (by boutique I mean small regional places) won’t care. You can take easy classes fall Mech two semesters to raise your GPA for junior recruiting.
doesn't matter because you won't make cutoffs anywhere /s
