3rd Interview Follow Up
I've had a phone interview, a Skype interview, and am in person where they flew me in to meet the team. After the usual thank you's and standard follow up, this is the response from the main two players, word for word:
I am glad you were able to see our "insert company site" and meet the team. I look forward to talking to you this week about next steps.
We will get back to you soon!!
Vague or positive?
I will wait one week before following up. It's been 3 business days since Interview and 1 day since the last message you read above.
Doubt they'd put that many exclamation marks if they were going to give you bad news.
Agreed. They would never be like "thank you for your interest in the position!! we had too many qualified candidates!! we'll keep your resume on file!!" The wording and the exclamation marks def look positive.
