4 Years at a Semi-Target or 2 Years at a Non-Target With a Guaranteed Transfer to a Target

Currently deciding between Tufts or a special program at Columbia where I have a guaranteed transfer from a European, non-target school (Sciences Po) between my sophomore and junior year. Since a lot of the recruiting and internship timeline occurs during sophomore summer, where I wouldn't have a Columbia GPA or experience (although I do have access to all virtual recruiting events and alumni database starting in freshman year) would it be better to follow the traditional path and go to Tufts? Another note of concern is I may not have time to fully join Columbia finance clubs or obtain club leadership roles due to transferring in. I'm also considering doing a fifth year of undergrad should I choose to go to Columbia as my first two years at the European school would be free, meaning I still end up only paying for 3 years of undergrad (saving me ~70k compared to Tufts still). Would love to hear your thoughts as I must commit to one at the end of this week!
