About to get fired

I am worried I am about to get fired because I made some mistakes at work and fixed them later as soon as I found out without notifying my senior out of fear. I am in the back office.

Should I: 1. Wait until they come to me and negotiate a resignation? 2. Accept a formal written warning if it is the decision?

What are the impacts on my future career if A. I am fired (#1 failed) B. I get a warning letter

Thank you.
