Accenture Technology Analyst to software developer?

I have a bachelor in CS. I applied to Accenture because I really like the people I talked to, and the recruiter said I will be coding too but won't be programming in a cubical like what normal software developer does. However, many people are saying how tech consulting is more implementation than actual development.** How can I gain skills/projects/experience as an ACN technology analyst that can help me become a software developer and then product manager at big tech firms later? **

I came into the CS game late so I lack legit software engineering work experience. My other option is being unemployed for a bit while practicing tech interviews (it's like a full-time job) and/or go to software development bootcamps.

Thank you so much!
