Accepted a lateral offer previously but would like to switch my offer to different coverage group?
I had accepted a lateral offer for a specific coverage group but recently that same bank posted a new role (with the same salary, title, location, etc) for an alternative coverage group that I’m much more interested in and that aligns more closely with my background.
Is there any realistic way for me to “switch” my offer to that other group even though I have already accepted an offer for a different group at that bank?
No, why recruit laterally for a coverage group you dislike ?
