Accidentally skipped an optional pre-recorded video interview, what do I do? (RESOLVED)

I'm applying to KPMG, and was given the option to do an optional pre-recorded video interview.

Prior to recording, it was stated that 3 options would be given upon finishing a recording:

  1. handing in the recording
  2. skip (changed my mind)
  3. re-do the recording

however, upon messing up my first try, I was only given two options and accidentally pressed the skip option as a result. Is there anything I can do, or would contacting recruitment look stupid (I sure feel stupid)?

From what it seems like my options are:

  1. sent in my application anyways (I won't get penalized for not including one, but also limits my potential I'd say)

  2. contact recruitment and risk getting dinged over being a moron, or there's a really off chance I get to re-do the video interview

UPDATE: went for it and sent an e-mail, it was fine. time to do some recording
