Advice for a transfer student

Hi Guys, Im not 100% sure if this is the correct forum to post in but hopefully some of you could help me out.

I am a Florida Native going to school at a small public university where i live. I have been working full time and going to school mostly full-time (just recently dropped to part-time student. I have been working full-time to save the tuition money that thankfully my parents put away for me when i was younger as i always knew i would transfer.

I was just accept to a top 3 public university, Now that i have been accept another opportunity has come up. The company i currently work for, high end retail store, has offered me an Assistant Manager position at the store near the school i was accepted to. The pros this are it would be a decent resume builder and awesome networking opportunity as i meeting bankers on a almost regular basis although i don't know if that would continue at the new store. Obviously the Cons are that i would have less time to focus on on-campus leadership opportunities including The schools investment club, consulting club and would likely only take 3 classes in order to keep my grades up. (I would only work full-time for 1 year)

Essentially should i take the job or only work pat-time as i can afford to do so with only taking on a reasonable amount of debt just shy of 20k for total undergrad. or should i work full-time and take on almost 0 debt but hinder myself to on-campus opportunities.

I hope what i said is coherent. Any response would be greatly appreciated.

*sidenote- i will be transferring as a sophomore with 42-51 credit hours
