Advice for Virtual Summer Analysts

Hi, Since most of our summer internships will be conducted in a virtual format, do you have any advice / Do's and Dont's for incoming SAs especially with respect to working remotely? Conversions are a pretty stressful aspect already, and the fact that you will never actually physically meet the people that you are working with, witness the team dynamic and culture, or even be able to readily reach out to someone for some quick help or advice on trivial stuff, could likely compound that stress. Would love to hear your experiences on transitioning to remote work as well, and happy to hear whatever advice you have!
