Advice Needed- Final Round Interviews

Hi All,

I am 23 Yo, majored in finance Currently working in a back office role at an investment consultant firm, and sitting for CFA Level 2 exam in December.

I have had some challenges with respect to interviewing largely due to diagnosis of Asperger's at a relatively young age. Through lots of work and support from others, I have been largely successful in competing for asset management research associate jobs, securing multiple final round interviews in the last year. However, I have yet to secure a single offer from those interviews, and I think this is largely due to the challenges I have in the interview process in terms of rapport building and reading body language, factors which are much more difficult to improve than content. On a more positive note, the same condition also has given me a substantial number of traits which are very useful in investing- in particular- I find it much easier to focus on the long-term when investing, and am not as easily swayed by emotions as others.

I have considered disclosure to remedy some of the issues above, but much of the online advice is decidedly mixed. Does anyone here have anything to contribute to this diiscussion?
