Advice needed!!! Next Steps? Now what?

Hello Monkeys,

I am struggling to find my new career destination and would like to ask the forum for advice. But before that lets start with my story so far. I am 30 years old and my career has been a little all over the place. I started out at Transactional advisory for Grant Thornton in Greece and after a couple of year of doing FDD and valuations I transitioned to a small (2-people) IB shop where we were doing great deals including infrastructure projects and I was working with one of the best energy guys in the country, unfortunately, the money was terrible so I took the opportunity to jump to an FP&A role at Trade Republic (Europe's Robinhood) but after a couple of years the role grew stale and I quit and pursued a GoingVC program to help me break into the VC industry.

Now I find myself short of a job and looking at different options:

Should I keep applying to more strategic FP&A roles, should I take the CFA or an MBA?

My ultimate goal would be to go into either VC or PE as I find these kinds of deals and being exposed to new companies much more thrilling. However, most if not all of my applications have been going to automated rejection.

P.S: a picture of my CV in case that helps.
