Advice on my future options

So, here's my story:

I live in a small country in Europe. I started working as an accountant (the bookkeeper kind) at a small local firm when I was 18, shortly before I went to get my BSc in Macroeconomics (with Banking and Finance specialization) at a noname local university. Graduated with somewhat crappy results because working full-time and going to uni at the same time was a pretty big shock after the ease of high school. Also did a summer internship at a small local boutique during my full time job because my main job had very flexible hours. (I don't recommend trying it, though)

Somewhere around the time that I finished my BSc and went to get my MSc in corporate finance at the same uni, I started doing audit work during high season. I got my 2 year degree with a 3.86/4.0 GPA, spent another year working there and then moved on to an associate position at a Big4 TAS unit. Doesn't sound like a huge a step up, but because it's a small team, I've had to do loads of different stuff. Written a pitch book for a small M&A deal, done some financial modelling, due diligence work, asset valuation, etc. It's possible I would get a chance at becoming a manager in about ~2 years, and the original plan was to stay here for pretty much the same amount of time and then see how I feel.

Now, one of the reasons I chose my current job was that it was hands down the best international reference in finance I could get without leaving my home country. Given my background and likely being either a manager or the IB equivalent of a 3rd year associate by the time I want to switch, what sort of career options would I be looking at if I wanted to find a job at a major financial center?
