Advice on relevant internships for JD/MBA

I'm currently a JD/MBA student at USC in my second of four years (finished first year of law school, currently in first year of business school). Would love some advice on companies or internships that are well suited for dual-degree students or have hybrid-esque roles. I interned in-house at an entertainment company last summer and plan on going into Big Law next summer (and after graduating as well), but I love corporate finance and strategy and would love to experience that side as well.

You might want to consider the SEC in Washington DC. From what I have heard (not my own first hand experience) it’s packed with former lawyers from top firms and semi-retired B4 accounting partners who are all willing to help young professionals boost their career early on.
