Advice on where to go from here? With internships and recruiting and all.

Background about me: Rising sophomore at a target school in the West, bisexual (most people aren't well-aware of this fact, but I'm not sure if it's important) Vietnamese American, studying a major that's basically Psychology and Biology combined. Came into college pre-med and changed my mind. Currently 3.65 GPA (will bring up). I'm interested in investment banking. Have additional coursework in Accounting, Econ, C++, Java, Internet Programming. Have been self-studying terms and prepping for interviews. Started school September 2017.

So, recently I've secured an Investment Banking internship at a small middle market firm for the fall. I may continue with them for the following season as well, but not sure yet. Previous internships have been a Business Development internship with a start-up during Winter 2018 through Summer 2018 (mainly dealt with Marketing and Statistical Analysis), and an Investment Internship at a small local firm from my area for Summer 2018 (didn't learn much though, bs internship, but exaggerated stuff on resume). I've been recruited by an on-campus student-run consulting group.

I have the possibility of choosing to graduate by June 2020, since I dual enrolled at community college during high school. I will probably take an extra quarter though, and go to December just to have one more year worth of recruiting time. The thing is, should I be applying to places as a junior instead of a sophomore? I'm not planning to apply to any BBs this year, with the exception of some Sophomore programs that may allow me, but I am looking at some of the smaller, more prestigious firms. Is it okay to apply to those places as a Junior? What do you guys think I should be doing right now? What types of internships should I be looking into applying for after this firm that I'm working at? Any other advice you can give a student like me? Thanks!
