Advise on where to recruit full-time roles
I'm approaching my junior year summer and want to get my foot in the door as-far-as networking and creating potential opportunities for myself for when I graduate (May 2026). For reference: I have worked an internship in multifamily acq (~500m), asset managment (~2b), and this summer will be doing multifamily acq again (~50b). I'm also studying finance with a real estate minor ( heavy non-target - think state school). Any guidance for roles/companies to look into would be very appreciated - open to working anywhere (US).
