Am I doing something wrong in recruiting?
Been throwing out a ton of apps, spent a lot of time refining the resume, and tailor my resume to each job listing.
I go to a semi-target, have a current risk management internship, and have had a finance internship previously. I know my resume isn't insane, but getting almost no interviews has been so demotivating. Seems like every app I sent is just going into a black hole.
I do try to network and go to every career fair, but it seems to be fruitless at the end of the day. Does anyone in a similar situation have any advice?
