Am I low key fucked - GPA question??

hi all,

I go to a non target party school. I am in my schools version of the IU investment banking academy. I just took my finals and I am going to have a low GPA for this semester (just squeaking by my clubs min semester GPA). I did an M&A related internship (no name regional bank) after my freshman summer, and am working for them in a remote capacity during my sophomore year (right now). I am also involved in other clubs in minor leadership roles. Really what happened was I got behind in one class and its going to hit my GPA kinda hard. I focused on my job and networking over school, made some good connections at some good shops.

As recruiting is kicking off I have a question. I project my GPA to be a 3.7/4.0 (I am waiting to hear back from one class, and keep in mind everyone thinks my school is a major party school and it is not known for academics) going into next semester (peak recruiting time). Am I fucked? Do I leave my GPA off my resume? Do I keep it as it is now (3.9) for recruiting and pick it up for the last few years of school (totally possible to get it back to a 3.9 before I graduate and I plan to do that anyways)? I am not super comfortable with straight up lying about it. Ignore the username I have no family connections in finance. Any advice would be much appreciated.
