Analyst 2 - Crazy to leave NY BB For "LifeStyle" Botique that seems very legit?

Hi guys, I have an offer to join a boutique investment bank in NYC. The Partners are both HBS and Wharton and Ex-Evercore, Centerview IB for 20+ years. It seems super legit.

They claim they are both on the near end of retiring soon, and they do not like to work at all. They said I would work 50 hoursish and would comp me around $160k all in. I think this all sounds great. What are thoughts? I understand PE prospects would probably diminish, but I am not interested in PE. Bank I am at is a UBS/Deustche too, so a lower ranked BB

Thank you.

Sorry - I probably phrased this poorly. They are not retiring very soon, I think they meant that as they get older with Wives and kids and wanted to move away from the super busy firms they were at. They still enjoy work, just not grinding 24/7. They said they would have me come in as an analyst 2, 1 year to associate, and quickly want me to stay on as VP.
