"Analyst" how loosely is that title used?
Currently in a back office role with the title as "Corporate Administrator," but my job doesn't reflect the duties a corporate administrator often has. I do get involved in some front office stuff which is why I don't agree that my job is a typical "corporate administrator."
I'm a first year out of college, was interning for a front office role at a boutique, didn't work out, was offered back office and took that out of desperation. Right now looking to jump ship by the end of the year but am concerned about how I portray my current title on my resume. I'm thinking just putting analyst to attract some interest as I apply for front office.
"Corporate Administration Analyst" - definitely. "Corporate Analyst" - why not (or Finance / Treasury etc. Analyst). "Investment Banking Analyst" - maybe not.
I would say just "Analyst", in my opinion.
