Anyone heard or have worked in this company? and why do they operate like that?

So.. I am a fresh graduate who just applied for a derivative/junior trader in ** Fortitude Fund Management Pte Ltd** and they have offered my an interview. After that i have made some research on this company and i found out that the details and info of this company is quite limited. I head on to some forums online to do some checking and here is what I get.

A candidate has gone for an interview and they told him this ->They require you to open a account to trade with them for trial $500 top up and any profit or loss during this period is on your own. If you did well they will offer junior trader with no basic 3 months probation and some % profit sharing on what you earned. Then senior trader with basic or based on %.

Sorry for this amateur question but can anyone share some experience or knowledge on this? Is it a much more freelancer job compare to a full time?
