Applying to Job Applications out of Undergrade

Hi there, I'm a senior in college in the process of recruiting for IB and noticed many open positions require 1+ year of experience. Is it worth applying to those roles given that my only experiences have been internships? I'm just curious to know how strictly banks look at their requirements. Thanks
