Are there any good recruiters to lateral within the buy-side? and which ones to avoid?
I got my current gig through a referral from a sales guy when I was in Equity Research (I've lost touch with that contact now). And I'm looking to make a jump after 4 years at my current shop (Tier 2, Top 25-30 LO asset manager). While I know a few folks on the sales side, they are all very close to my manager so I'm not sure I will be able to ask them for any help.
Are there any good recruiters that might be helpful for me? and which ones to avoid? Appreciate any advice.
