Background check on volunteer experience
Do employers do background checks for volunteer experience? I volunteered at a nursing home throughout high school but I extended the years on my application to note volunteer experience in college (at the same nursing home). Problem is it was very off and on. I volunteered during winter breaks but that was about it. I don't think I'll have any way to verify this as I didn't fill out any paperwork or applications for the positions, so there is basically no record of me being there. I wonder if employers will even care to verify this volunteer experience.

Is it necessary to include volunteer work and extracurriculars under employment history for a job application?
I've accepted an offer for a BB and I have some ECs listed on my resume. Should I put down those down in addition to the various jobs that I have had in the past?

what is the title of the section you are filling out, i was active in extrcurriculars and have never put them in any applications, but the sections have always been titled to be job specific like "employment" or "past employers"
It says "employment history" so I should be fine just listing past jobs, correct?
