I have my final round interview for the Risk Solutions Group at Barclays in a week. I'v e been trying to research the group but can't find anything concrete. I wanted to find out whether they do similar work to structuring teams because that's what it seems like to me so far (if not,what do they actually do?). I also wanted to find out what kinds of questions I can expect to get ie hedging strategies, derivative valuations, etc. Thanks in advance!

I work at Barcap in the risk solutions group, which group are you applying to exactly in Global Financing ...?
If it's in Hybrids then except stuff like Stochastics and Jump Diffusion Processes. I would be surprised if they don't ask these type of questions. Focus on that and you'll nail the structuring part of the interview. The rest is fit type of questions to see if people like you and are willing to work with you
The technicals are limited, focus on the fit.
Hi Johnny25, funny enough,I got almost nothing on technicals. Mostly fit with a couple of general hedging scenarios. In my region,rsg is actually in global markets and they separate it into regional coverage (I think they want me for the sub Saharan Africa team).
