BB SA Background check - could not reach to supervisor
I got an SA internship offer from one of the BBs and is currently going through background check process. However, the company wants me to list my past 5 years of working experience. I did a research during my high school time in a university in my hometown. Right now, I could not get in contact with the supervisors anymore. The email address and phone number did not work. What should I do? Will this fail my background check?
No, it won't. This happens a lot and in those cases, the background check company just notifies it to your BB and they decide what to do. If they cannot verify your university degree or your last summer internship, it could be an issue. A high school research, not that much.
Currently going through this right now for an internship I had 8 years ago (not significant or relevant). Will HR just waive it or will I have to wait the 4-6 weeks for the W2 to come in. Have exhausted all other options.
