Best career transition opportunities/programs in 2024?
Hello everyone! As the title suggests, I am curious to hear from the broader community regarding what are some of the better career transition/switch programs out there? I am familiar with firms like Morgan Stanley and Point72 which both have experienced professionals programs, as well as Alliance Bernstein and a couple others.
Does anyone know of any other programs or similar opportunities at firms like this that come around every so often? I have few years of experience in AM up to associate level and looking for more ways to break into other areas of finance (i.e. Banking, Research, Capital Markets, etc.). Would love anyone's thoughts or perspective on this, thanks!
