Best option at the moment

I recently graduated college from a non target school with a degree in accounting, but it is known for its business program. After thinking I was all set during my senior year with a job but later dropping that opportunity, I took a job at a startup. I’m in a client service/operations type role but feel like I can do more. I’m interested in asset management and want to get a job as an analyst somewhere. What are my best options? Thanks in advance.
