Best role for future growth: Exec Comp Consulting or Fintech Strategy

Hi All,

As a junior level candidate with ~2 years experience in Operations, I've been looking to make a career change. Over the past month I received 2 offers, one in Exec Comp Consulting, and the other in Fintech strategy.

The Exec Comp Consulting firm is much younger and the compensation is also a bit higher (Target low 6 figures after a year or two with bonuses).

The Fintech firm recently just got acquired by a large finance company and the firm is definitely much older in age (Everyone is in their middle ages and I'd be by far the youngest person there). There is no bonus to the compensation and salary would be around base what I make at the consulting firm.

Each firm wants a response by the end of the holidays, and I'm really stuck on a decision here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
