Anyone who has interned at a search fund before, what are some skills that they value in interns? I assume modeling skills are what’s preferred but how much does that matter prior to getting the position? Also is a job board the best way to get one, like searchfunder, or is cold emailing random ones on a website like Axial a better way? Thanks.
