Better banking program: BB&T ECP or BBVA LEAP? (Career trajectory, culture, salary, etc.)
Would like to know which bank/program would provide the best experience in a post-grad position. ECP is community banking lending and LEAP is rotational. Looking for some insight into what it is like working for the respective banks and which has a more prestigious rep or street cred. THANK YOU!
