Breaking into corporate finance

What advice would you give someone to get into corporate finance? (Non-traditional route)

A little bit about myself: I went to a small state school in new york before transferring out to another small school (No names). Since i am completing my last two semesters online, i was able to secure a management position at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. I am a business administration student with a concentration in finance. Because i work FT, i haven't been able to secure a finance internship to build my resume for after graduation. I have been looking at internships but they target sophomores and juniors. Any recommendations?
