Breaking into IB in Australia as an International Student

Hey guys, I'm an international student from India, and I'm in high school in the India. I'm looking to apply to schools in other countries because the investment banking scene in India is insanely competitive as compared to other countries. For starters you gotta prepare a exam (Jee advanced, just as hard as Gaokao) for 3 yrs, to get into top Indian unis-->no fo roles at undergrad--->Top Indian Mba, graduating at top 5 % and then maybe (50%chance) you might get a FO role. US seems inconsiderable for me, as i wasted 3 yrs prepping for this shitty exam and thus have no ECs, Can't go to Uk, as I can't afford that high fees (my family makes ~20k). Only option i have is Australia, as they do give scholarships and application process is relatively easier.  I have a couple of questions about Australia and I'd really appreciate it if you guys could help me get some answers.

  1. Though USYD and G of 8 are targets, but any of you who has attended such school, how is culture for Indian students, like do they face any racism, and what is internship to return offer ratio for internationals, how good are the profs??

  2. What exactly is the immigration system like for internationals to gain work authorization --> permanent residence --> citizenship? I've heard the US is one of the worst countries for an Indian to try and go through that system, but how is it in Australia? What about in comparison to the UK and Canada?

  3. What exactly is the IB scene like in Australia? How is the deal flow at most BBs (are all the BBs there)? Are they compensated well? How is the ladder up to MD at BBs and EBs? What are the exits like?

  4.  As an Indian what can activities can i pursue to get an internship??

This forum is an incredibly useful tool that has helped so many students like me and the culture of helping others and giving back is just beautiful. Thank you so much in advance for any ideas/advice/answers/suggestions that you can offer me!
