Can anyone give me more information on the accelerated interview process for a summer internship?

I was recently invited to participate in Wells Fargo Securities Summer Analyst Program 2018 for Investment Banking accelerated process. I am curious if anyone can explain what this entails? Is it an advantage to participate in this rather than normal fall recruiting? If I am not selected during this accelerated process, will I be able to re-apply during normal recruiting? Also, should I apply for this and limit my prospects only to Wells, or wait until the fall and have the option to apply to other banks besides just Wells? Thanks for your help!

This sounds like a specialized program for Wells Fargo. You might get your best answers from reaching out to your contact at Wells Fargo. They should be happy to help and would want people to understand their program and offerings.

If you're ready to submit your app now there isn't much reason to wait as you can potentially get an offer early and not have to worry about it later on
