Can I apply to sophomore/junior year internships as a rising freshman with extra AP credit?
To keep it simple, I'm ahead of my school curriculum by a bit more than 3 semesters (almost 2 years) because of AP credit. But, I'm still staying in school for the whole four years.
With that in mind, would I be able to say I am a sopohmore and apply to IB and buy-side programs that ask for rising sophomores/juniors during my freshman year? And if so, how this affect me during my sophomore/junior years when I'm actually looking for sophomore/junior year internships?
Thanks for the help in advance.
Yea definitely, just make sure they know that when you are interviewing for the role. You can always say "I am currently a first-year student with junior standing" or something along those lines.
