Canadian seeking candid recruitment advice

Hi everyone, I'm currently a sophomore at a non-target school (considered a target within Canada) ramping up to recruit for SA27 in the states - want to move to the states more than anything.

Have a very solid resume with strong club experiences as well as multiple internships at very well known and well regarded firms.

Just wanted to see if anyone had any advice on how to best position myself for this upcoming cycle as well as any other useful info.

Thanks!
