Capital Markets at JLL vs Global Finance and Business Management with JPMorganChase

I am deciding between two offers for Summer 2021 and would greatly appreciate any information/advice anyone can provide. The first offer is the Global Finance and Business Management  program with JPMorgan Chase (NY Metro) and the second is to intern with the capital markets group at JLL (LA). I believe that JLL may be the better offer but I don't have a ton of info on the on JPMorgan's program and would greatly appreciate any insight as to which offer is more prestigious/would provide better exit opportunities.
