Career advice! B school and job search

Hey all,

Long story short, can’t decide between dropping $$$$ on IU MBA program or a low tier 1 school for half the cost? I went to a shite undergrad school with a bus admin degree.

Also, I am trying to break into a firm in Charleston, SC. I only have corporate accounting experience but am dying to get in. A new firm (specializing in cap markets, inv banking, and fin advisory services) just moved into town from Atlanta in 2 months ago. They are only a 20 man operation, but plan to expand soon. Currently have posted no openings as of yet. Do I have a play to get on their radar with a letter of intent? Or do is there any play I can do to try and at least get a lunch or a meet-and-greet scenario? Any advice on above topics is appreciated!
