Career advise: is it possible

Hello everyone,

So I am here to ask your advice. I am 25 and working in Wholesale mortgage Banking. I stared as a loan officer out of college, and in 4 years have basically made it as high as is possible in the industry, barring a few positions at large wire firms.

This industry isn't for me. I need a new challenge and this just isn't it.

My question: my goal is to work in real estate investing, but I also find trading fascinating and have been studying/paper trading at an amateur level. What steps should I take to make that happen? Would you say an additional MBA is necessary?

I am worried that the few years I spent may already be too long...
