Career Help/60% Pay Cut

Hi everyone, I'm looking for some career advice. Don't want to dox myself but am in a niche group/subgroup (think public/municipal finance subgroup, etc.) with extremely limited transferable skills and am thinking about taking a huge paycut to move to an entry level BO role elsewhere. Hours aren't the worst but it's extremely busy (can never step away) and my coworkers and I are constantly threatened with being fired and replaced, repeatedly told we are all retards, yelled at, and mice have been thrown a few times by a senior on the team. I've been stugging in a way I never have before physically and mentally. Moving internally won't work. It would be devastating for me to actually get fired and lose health insurance. I have never felt this terrible in a job before but it is hard to stomach a 60% paycut with no bonus and loss of other benefit my firm provides. I had to take a non-traditional route and get a masters to break in so sad to "give up" after the sunk cost but have been having some pretty dark thoughts lately and now don't think front office jobs are for me. Also worried about the new role not being a true 9-5 since it's entry level FPandA in a "fast growing company" but the job market isn't great and I feel lucky to have something. Worth it to get away from the culture?
