Career moves

Need some options over here.

Ladies and gents. Need some career advice.

Here’s my experience 3 years of cre experience with 2 years of brokerage plus 1 year of private equity.

The pay is very very low (below 70k) and working 80-100 hours a week plus no bonus this year.

Am i just a softy? Anyone move from cre to fp and a.

Should i be switching companies? I’m only an analyst so need some advice
