CCAR Operations to FO?

Hi all I am a recent college grad just started a role in ccar future ops at a bulge bracket. Most of my role is project management based with planning for upcoming Fed fillings but I do get exposure to upper level management (1-2 positions removed from CFO).

I am looking to make a move to the front office in either IB or Asset Management. If any one could provide some info/ details on transferable skills/ the likelihood of making the move it would be greatly appreciated.

Little background about me.Went to private non target school that has a strong alumni presence in banking in the NE.Graduated with a 3.5

College Internship experience:
Worked for a local IT government contractor as a finance and accounting intern
Middle market commercial bank strategic solutions internship
Junior analyst position at a growth equity firm focused on middle market B2B SaaS working on deal origination, due diligence, and investment analysis.

Thanks in advance for any insights!
