Certificates from Ivy League schools

Since I am still a student and just want to get professionals opinions since I don't know many in the US I wanted to post here. I am a student at a semi target school, I was supposed to intern this summer but the company closed the office I was supposed to intern in so I was left with no internship. I am working but not in the financial services industry and I found a certificate from Harvard thats called lead in finance and just wanted to know if it was worth pursuing or if won't make a big difference to get some kind of advantage to get an internship next summer. Thanks for your support
