Changing careers trying to get in to Finance

Hello, If anyone has any experience changing careers and entering finance I would greatly appreciate any advice. I Currently work for a local county and make decent money but I have no experience at all besides trading  in Finance. I have a BA in Business Administration and a certificate in Financial Planning from the University.

I don't want to be a Financial Advisor (which is basically all I can get an interview for) I want to work in the back office at basically any level as an analyst BUT I went to an online school and my grade is shit (2.7) to be completely frank (working full time and having a baby at the time will do thatl) However, I don't believe this grade accurately represents my knowledge of the industry. I've studied Capital Markets, Macro, and have actively traded since 2016. My current job I work the worst hours imaginable, so I trade or paper trade the market hours during the week. I'm definitley not an expert as I have no institutional experience, but I don't think they'd have to teach me to walk.

Any insight as to how to make myself more of a potential asset without getting another degree would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
