Citi Application Process

Hi,

I recently applied for SA positions for Citi after talking to a few alums. I got an email today asking me to fill out a Citi's employment application form that have questions resemble of a background check. Googled around a little bit and it seems like this is what people fill after finishing all the interviews. Just wondering if others also have to do that before any actual consideration since I have not gone through any rounds of interview yet!

Thanks!

did you end up getting another interview after that? I'm in a similar boat - had a phone interview and now received the employment application
